These Terms of Use govern your access to NameStylish.in ("the site"). By using the site you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

1. The service

NameStylish.in is a free, browser-based tool that converts text you type into Unicode style variations and symbol decorations. No account is required, nothing is installed, and the conversion happens locally in your browser.

2. Your licence to the output

The styled text you generate is yours to use freely — personal or commercial — in social profiles, bios, chats, gaming usernames, videos and designs. The characters themselves belong to the public Unicode standard and are not owned by us, so we claim no rights over anything you generate.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the output for harassment, hate speech, threats or bullying.
• Do not impersonate another person, brand, official or organisation, and do not create names designed to deceive other users.
• Do not use the site to break the rules or terms of any platform or game — for example, evading a name filter, ban or moderation system.
• Do not scrape, mirror, resell or bulk-copy the site's pages, code or data, and do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service.

4. Platform rules come first

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Free Fire, BGMI, PUBG and other platforms each set their own naming policies and character limits. Those rules always take precedence over anything on this site. A style being available here does not guarantee a given platform will accept it, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies. All trademarks and game names belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.

5. Advertising

The site may display advertising from third-party networks such as Google AdSense to remain free. Advertisements are the responsibility of their advertisers; we do not endorse advertised products and are not party to any transaction between you and an advertiser. 6. Availability and changes

We may add, change or remove styles, categories and features at any time, and the site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. The service is offered without any guarantee of continuous availability.

7. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular, we do not warrant that every style renders correctly on every device or app — rendering depends on the fonts installed on the receiving system — or that any specific name will be accepted by a platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including account suspensions, rejected usernames, lost in-game items or rename cards, or data loss.

9. Intellectual property

The NameStylish.in name, page content, written guides, design and source code are our property and are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with a visible link back to the relevant page; republishing full pages is not permitted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes to these terms
